It's been so long since we've seen you. We have retrofitted our salons to accommodate drastically enhanced sanitization and servicing procedures, and have trained our staff accordingly. We call it Safe Styling.
The Safe Styling measures listed below will be strictly followed to ensure the safety of our clients and our staff.
In addition, we are delighted to announce that we have opened a waitlist. Reserve your place below. Once we receive authorization from the state that we are legally allowed to serve you once again, we will contact you to confirm your appointment with your favorite stylist. To accommodate the anticipated surge of clients, we will be open longer hours, seven days a week.

The YK Salon
No mask no entry. Gloves will be available for clients’ use upon request.
Each client will have their temperature quickly checked with a forehead thermometer upon entry.
Each client will be assigned one chair for the duration of their appointment, regardless of their service. You will not be asked to move from your coloring to your cut.
No guests permitted for clients. Regrettably, this also includes accompanying children. Children can still be serviced with an appointment.
If a client is not comfortable waiting in the salon, please provide your cell phone number so we may text you when your stylist is ready.
All high-touch surfaces will be sanitized every morning, evening, and periodically throughout the day. Professional cleaning service will sanitize the entire salon 2X a week.
Products and tools are not permitted on stylists’ stations. All tools are now kept inside stylist's drawer to limit their exposure to the air.
Color bowls are washed and wiped with alcohol wipes after each use.
Combs and brushes are sanitized in a hospital-grade sanitizing machine and sealed. Stylist will open the seal and remove the sanitized tools in front of the client. After use, they are deposited into a disinfectant bag for re-sanitization.
Capes and towels are washed and sanitized after each use.
Services are available by appointment only.
No walk-ins permitted.
Coffee and water will be provided to clients in single-use disposable cups only.
Clients are encouraged to use “contact-less” payment, such as Apple Pay. Tips are encouraged on credit cards. For those with cash, please put it in an envelope with the stylist’s name clearly written on front, and deposit it into the tip box. Envelopes will not be touched until two days after. (Tip boxes are swapped out at the end of each day.)
Every station is equipped with hand sanitizer for client and stylist use.
A $5.00 sanitizing fee will be applied to each client, regardless of their service.
